5 Ingredient No Bake Protein Bites 😋
These are SO easy, quick to make & healthy for the whole family 😀
Almost vegan (you could sub a plant-based protein powder if desired)
These are great for these hot summer months when you don’t want to turn the oven on…!
Also idea snack to make with the kiddos 🙂
Grain free, low in carbs, paleo, dairy free!
Ingredients:
20g coconut flour
50g collagen powder (I used @nunaturals
marine based collagen)
80g all natural almond butter (or other nut/seed butter)
10g (1/2 TB) RAW honey
1-2 TB water
Optional:
1/2 tsp organic Stevia extract or stevia liquid drops
2 tsp cacao nibs (shown here)
1 TBSP Raisins or Cranberries
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon or other spices
Directions: Combine all ingredients but water in a bowl.
Add water 1TB at a time until a cookie dough consistency.
Form/roll into balls (I made mine 15g weight).
Eat!!! Makes 12 bites.
