I tell you…this tastes exactly like egg nog! You can’t even tell it’s a nutritious protein shake 🙂
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
- 1/4 cup light egg nog
- 1/2 tsp rum extract (important if you don’t have egg nog)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Optional: nonfat greek yogurt + ice
Blend all together and enjoy! A fabulous holiday “treat”!
