One of my favorite shakes! The combination of the banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon is SO GOOD! Perfect for post-workout or a quick meal-replacement 🙂
Ingredients:
-1 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
-1 scoop vanilla (whey) protein powder
-2 tbsp of PB2 (peanut flour)
-1/2 banana (could use more)
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-Ice cubes
Optional:
-1/2 tbsp peanut butter
-1 tsp Stevia
Blend and enjoy!!
