Peanut Butter and Jelly is always a great flavor combination…! Any type of berry will work as well. This makes a great meal replacement or post-workout shake 😉
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- handful of ice
- 1 scoop (whey) vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen berries (I had blueberries)
- 2 tbsp PB2 (peanut flour)
Optional:
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese/Greek yogurt (makes it thick and creamy)
- 1/2 tbsp all natural PB
- 1 tbsp sugar free jam
- Peanut Butter Extract (yes, it exists!)
Blend thoroughly and enjoy! 🙂
