Peaches are in season right now and are SO TASTY! I have been enjoying them in yogurt parfaits, oatmeal, and…protein shakes! 🙂
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-handful of ice
-1 scoop vanilla (whey) protein powder
-1/2 peach (chopped, could use larger portion)
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: dash of nutmeg and/or stevia sweetener
Blend and fall in love…so good!
