- 1 scoop (whey) vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (frozen) mango chunks
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp orange extract
Optional:
- 1/3 to 1/2 banana (sliced or frozen) **Could use this in place of the mango or pineapple if desired
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp coconut extract
- handful of ice
