It’s a New Year and setting new goals is the “thing to do”, right?
There is nothing wrong with setting goals – in fact, if you’re ready for a fresh start and feeling motivated, then I’m here for ya!
But the WORST is setting goals, feeling good, and then a month (or even a few weeks!) pass by and they just sit there on paper. You might try a few things, but really nothing sticks. Then, after awhile, you’re in the same spot…not looking or feeling any better, and possibly a little discouraged.
I created this workshop for the busy, motivated but somewhat struggling female...who really wants things like: weight loss, more energy, better digestion, improved hormones…but needs both structure and accountability to make a PLAN to do that.

- Approx. 45 min long live and interactive virtual workshop (on Zoom)
- Will be recorded and available to watch at later time
- Journal and Goal Setting Prompts Worksheet (to be completed as best as possible before the call)
- Group Coaching Session lead by Allison Occkial, Holistic Health Coach, Nutritionist and Trainer

- Determine your personal barriers and challenges
- Develop a starting action plan to make the changes necessary to reach your goals
