Week 0: Preparation, Planning and Goal Setting
Before the program actually starts, it is so important to get prepared! During this module you will discover the most effective way to set tangible and realistic goals, that will keep you accountable and motivated. This is also the time to get prepared for the new changes to come; the 6 weeks will be focused on new habits & lifestyle changes!
Week 1: Nutrition Part 1: Quality Food & Planning your Plate
In Week 1 we dive into all things Nutrition. You’ll learn about the “Qualitarian Diet”, Planning your Shopping List, Navigating the Grocery Store and more. You’ll also discover how to Plan your Plate and learn Proper Portion Sizes so that you get the best results.

Week 2: Nutrition Part 2: Meal Planning & Preparation
Now that you are familiar with WHAT to eat, I will teach you HOW to implement it! Meal planning is one of the biggest concerns I hear about. So I break it down with my 4-step formula, so you can make healthy, fast yet delicious meals & snacks for the whole family!
Week 3: Movement & Exercise: Find the Way you Move
In Week 3, you will learn all about the benefits of physical activity and daily movement. We will discuss how to pick movement that is right for you, the basics of what an exercise program should include and how to create a healthy routine for yourself.

Week 4: Healthy Mind = Healthy You! Stress Management and Self-Care

Week 5: Improving Sleep & Energy
