I work with women who are struggling with issues like:

Overall lacking knowledge & consistency of what to do for their body with exercise, nutrition and more!
The framework I use in my Women’s Wellness Academy program and 1:1 clients is my “F.E.M.A.L.E. method”:

They’re not sexy and there are no easy quick fixes…BUT these factors address any underlying issues. They help you uncover what’s holding you back and learn what your body needs to get results once & for all.

➡️ My F.E.M.A.L.E. Method includes:
F: looking at you & your health as a whole; uncovering root causes to any issues, reviewing health history, giving recommendations for testing, etc.
E: I provide menu plans, easy recipes, food prep & shopping tips, ways to overcome cravings & emotional eating, top foods etc.
M: Mental health is so important- I encourage clients to seek our stress management tactics, ways for relaxation, self care, etc.
A: I provide the structured plan AND the accountability needed to make AND keep changes. Weekly check ins, messaging portal, 1:1 & small group calls are all available to clients.
L: Habits & Routine are the unsexy yet “secret sauce” to success. I help you design YOUR routine, where you can fit in your new health habits without sacrificing your other priorities.
E: Exercise can seem daunting, but I provide structure on what, how much, ideas on specific exercises etc. You also have a library of different routines to try!
An example week of a client in my Wellness Academy might look like:
- A weekly small group call within the Wellness Academy
- 1-2x private message check ins and feedback from me in the portal
- 2-3x group message chats, providing motivation, tips, check ins & new resources when needed
- Access to the 20+ module Library of Health Resources (recipes, exercises, etc)
- Utilizing the Lifestyle and Food Log to track progress & support accountability
The biggest thing to remember: I’m with you every step of the way!
We work together to identify the blind spots – what’s working, what’s missing, what’s just unnecessary hard work – so you can have BETTER results SOONER.

Wearing any of the clothes in your closet with confidence
Going out more w friends, family, your spouse because you have more energy & desire
No digestive complaints
Better focus, clarity and productivity
