HAPPY APRIL!
March seemed to last for 3 months right?! It definitely did not go as I had planned, but hey…nobody’s did!
While it was not ideal, I’m taking this experience and learning from it.
Some things I’m extra grateful for:
Having a career (that I love) I was already working from home & have a business that can be done virtual
My husband Brian; he’s still working plus doing overtime to do what he can during this time, to provide for us and our community
My health, my family, my Ohio Sports and Fitness gym family, friends
The ability to move & exercise
I’ve learned:
To be more flexible & creative
To always trust God & His ultimate plan
How much routine matters
That home workouts can be just as tough as the gym
That I miss the gym because of the community & connection more than the actual exercise
Technology is fantastic, but it doesn’t replace in person interaction
How much society needs human connection to thrive
To not “wait for tomorrow”, because you never know what that brings
Acknowledge the fear or worry, but live in peace and have faith that we will get through this ❤
During this time I’ve been doing MORE:
Planning and creating within my business
Connecting with my family
Relaxing
Slowing down & having a less rigid schedule
Giving and supporting where I can
My April Intentions:
Give Back: For the entire month, I’m offering a 20% discount on all of my services & programs!
My Personal Goals:
Continuing to journal, practice gratitude, be mindful & present, and see opportunities within challenges
Daily movement and utilizing the home gym Brian has set up for us!
Schedule more “family and date nights
Every day we’re all given the same amount of time. How will you use it?
What will you be doing in April to support your health?
Don’t wait for things to be “normal” to get healthy. Use your time NOW to start making a change. You’ll look back & be glad you did.
