Part of living a healthy lifestyle is respecting and loving ourselves. We could be eating all the right things, exercising…but where is our mind in all of it? Are we doing it because we honor our body, health & want to take care of it? Or are we acting out of obligation, guilt, shame or stress?
It is important to focus on YOU and loving yourself in order to be healthy from the inside out. YOU matter and you deserve this…Yes, you do!

Self Care is Self Love in action! These are actions or behaviors that help you become happier, less stress, more balanced. These are things that are important but we tend to push aside! But it is critical to take care of ourselves, from the inside out!!

Listening to and honoring your body
Exercise how feels best to you
Fueling your body with nourishing food
Staying consistent on your routines
Getting more sleep
Drinking more water
Cleaning our toxic self care products
Investing in quality beauty and skin care products, supplements etc.
Taking walks
Being in nature
Connecting a friend or loved one
Hair or nail appointment
Massage, facial, acupuncture
Getting a babysitter
Having a date night or girls night
Prioritizing fun: whatever that looks like to you!
